The Bible describes the gates as pearly, each made from one pearl.
Now that’s a big oyster!
As a construction engineer, God can make anything out of anything.
He just says “pearly gates” and you have pearly gates.
Like the streets of gold, the gates could have a beautiful “pearl”
color and texture to them or be made out of genuine pearl.
Either way is fine.
The gates of any city welcomed visitors to their new residence.
God wants that welcome to be extra special for those that will
live there forever.
The first thing God’s resurrected people as they enter the city will
make them go “Whoa!”
