How many times did waves of exiles return to Jerusalem in Ezra?

Some of the Israelites, including priests, Levites, musicians, gatekeepers and temple servants, also came up to Jerusalem in the seventh year of King Artaxerxes. Ezra 7:7

The Bible mentions three times.  The first with Zerubbabel in 538 BC (altar, foundation, temple).  The second wave was with Ezra in 458 BC and the third with Nehemiah in 445 BC (the wall).  Nehemiah left and returned to Jerusalem again but it’s unclear if he brought exiles with him that fourth time.
