Some of the Israelites, including priests, Levites, musicians, gatekeepers and temple servants, also came up to Jerusalem in the seventh year of King Artaxerxes. Ezra 7:7
The
Bible mentions three times. The first
with Zerubbabel in 538 BC (altar, foundation, temple). The second wave was with Ezra in 458 BC and
the third with Nehemiah in 445 BC (the wall).
Nehemiah left and returned to Jerusalem again but it’s unclear if he
brought exiles with him that fourth time.
