When was the city of Tyre destroyed?


A prophecy against Tyre:
Wail, you ships of Tarshish!
    
For Tyre is destroyed
    
and left without house or harbor.
From the land of Cyprus
    
word has come to them. Isaiah 23:1
            Tyre was a wealthy city sitting on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, in modern day Lebanon.  King Nebuchadnezzar put a siege around Tyre for thirteen years.  That happened around 100 years after Isaiah.  However, later in 332 BC, Alexander the Great massacred or sold into slavery around 30,000 residents of Tyre.
