Most parents take the same risk having
a child. Why would they want to have a baby, if some day that child could grow
up to make mistakes, have a physical impairment, or commit a crime?
They take the risk in order to bring
someone into this world to love and take care of.
While it was never his intention to
bring evil into the world, God took a risk creating man, because the
relationships He made were worth it. God loves you and He wants to shower His
love upon you no matter how many times you have messed up.
Like a parent, we know that our child’s
freewill could reject us, but we go ahead and do our best to show that child
love and provide for him or her.
It doesn’t always work that way. When it does, it’s the greatest love you can
imagine. Once again, the risk was worth it
and better than no risk at all.
