What would happen in the Garden of Eden if Satan took an apple from the bad tree and put it on the good tree?

The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. And the LORD God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die.” Genesis 2:15-17

The question, just to be clear, is saying what if Satan took a fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil and put it on the Tree of Life, so when Adam and Eve act it they sinned.

The story of the garden has to do with obedience not fruit eating. The fruit itself had no magical powers that unleashed sin into the world. Adam and Eve were given a rule and told not to break it.

The fruit wasn’t the issue. Their disobedience was.  So no matter what tree the fruit was on, the important question is whether Adam and Eve followed instructions.

Satan could have orchestrated the most diabolical switcheroo, but what mattered were Adam and Eve’s intentions.
