Is God really going to let me into heaven?

They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.” Acts 16:31

“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12

By believing that Jesus died for your sins and thereby giving you forgiveness for your sins, you are saved from a death separated from God.  Your new and improved relationship with God guarantees an afterlife with God. God wants to spend eternity with those who believe.

Yes God will let you into heaven.

After judgment, after the separation of believers and unbelievers, God says:

“Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.” Matthew 25:46

We should be in awe that God would forgive sinners and allow them into a relationship with a holy God. We are only declared righteous, in a right relationship with God, because of what Jesus did, not what we did.

While it may be hard to believe, we need to know it, accept it and praise God for it.

Christianity is the only faith that guarantees heaven for people before they die. Every other faith, religion or cult leaves it a mystery, forcing you to rely on that church or institituion or on your “good” works during your time on earth.

It will not be a matter of how good you are or how bad you are, but a matter of how your relationship with Jesus is.

God wants you to know that your future is in heaven, so you can experience the joy of salvation NOW!
