God is present every where because He knows and sees all things. There is no place He cannot be because of His unique multi-dimensional perspective on life. That’s called ominpresence.

But, is God physically present inside all things. . .no.

Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Matthew 6:26

God knows what is going on with all people, trees, birds, flowers, insects, volcanoes, planets, but He isn’t inside all of those things. That’s called Pantheism and treats nature as God.  As a result, pantheists worship nature as God.  God doesn't have to be in a tree to know it just fell in the woods.
