Does the Koran say Jesus spoke as a child?

Then she (Mary) pointed to him. They said: How can we talk to one who is in the cradle, a young boy?
He spake: Lo! I am the slave of Allah. He hath given me the Scripture and hath appointed me a Prophet,
And hath made me blessed wheresoever I may be, and hath enjoined upon me prayer and almsgiving so long as I remain alive,
And (hath made me) dutiful toward her who bore me, and hath not made me arrogant, unblest.
Peace on me the day I was born, and the day I die, and the day I shall be raised alive!
Such was Jesus, son of Mary: (this is) a statement of the truth concerning which they doubt. Surah 19: 29-34

A couple times in the Koran it mentions that Jesus spoke as a baby. A feat not even attributed to Muhammad.

However, if that were true, it would contradict another situation that occurred in the Bible. When people heard Jesus speak as a thirty year old man about God, they were amazed.

At this the Jews began to grumble about him because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven.” They said, “Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say, ‘I came down from heaven’?” John 6:41-42

Now if Jesus had spoken to them as a child, which is a pretty amazing thing for a baby to use full sentences, wouldn’t they expect him at some time to do something miraculous when he grew up?   Wouldn't you think "this kid IS from heaven!" Or had they forgotten?

Once again, if the Bible had been changed, why wouldn’t the writers include that piece of information? The Bible would want to celebrate such amazing feats as having a child speak at birth. Since it did not happen, the Bible did not include it.
