So Pilate asked Jesus, “Are you the king of the Jews?”

“You have said so,” Jesus replied. Luke 23:3

            Jesus didn’t have to defend himself or plead his case.  His record and his character answered their questions.  The miracles proved his Godhood.  When people asked the question, his response was sort of along the lines of “It is as you said” without saying it straight out.  Again, Jesus proved he was king and God.  Prophecies lined up.  The evidence was all there is the people only searched and looked.
