Why isn’t everyone healed today like in the church of Acts?

Nevertheless, more and more men and women believed in the Lord and were added to their number. As a result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by. Crowds gathered also from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing their sick and those tormented by impure spirits, and all of them were healed. Acts 5:14-16
God used this incredible groundswell to attract attention to the church and the power of God.  Healing back then could not occur with doctors and hospitals like today.  Through healing, the word got out and peaked people’s interest.  That’s not to say God can’t do the same thing today in the churches.  The revival in Israel and people’s passionate belief led to the movement of the Holy Spirit to heal.
