So do not fear, for I am with you;
do
not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

For I am the Lord your God
who takes hold of your right hand
and says to you, Do not fear;
I will help you. Isaiah 41:13

No.
There are moments when we should be cautious, mindfully thinking and
preparing for what’s next. There are
moments when we should run from danger, protecting ourselves and others.
But if we believe God is who he says
he is, then no, we should not be overcome with a paralyzing fear that
overwhelms our thoughts.
Yes, we should be concerned about
thing, but not worried. Yes, we should
be sad but not grief-stricken. When
people live with fear they are saying that they believe the thing they fear
controls their life and has power over them.
God has all power and all control.
To live a fearless life is to live a confident life knowing who holds
your life.
