Therefore God exalted him to
the highest place
and gave him the name that is
above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11

Yes, one day every knee will bow and every tongue will
confess Jesus as Lord.
Many will be doing what they had already been doing here
on earth--bowing and confessing Jesus as
Lord. It will be their honor and
privilege to do so in heaven. "JESUS IS LORD!" they will cry joyfully.
Others will be doing this for the first time. On earth they rejected or ignored God,
putting off their faith for another day or outright refusing to make anyone
else god in their life except themselves.
Bowing and confessing before Jesus will be humiliating
and maybe horrifying, however they will know it’s true. "Jesus IS Lord…" they will groan.
Both groups will surrender at that moment—one group
willingly, the other group shamefully.
