What are the origins of the names from the Book of Mormon?

A database I found, http://www.meaning-of-names.com/, contains the largest assembly of all names, male and female.  If these names were made up, they would not appear in the database of historical names.  I've entered a number of obscure names from the Old Testament into the database and discovered some names not there - Zerubbabel, Meshullam, Jozadak.

Many of these other names do...Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum and Baanah...names I don't hear today.

However, these names are the stars of the Book of Mormon.  Their names should be perserved.  Here are the meanings of the names.  THIS IS AN ONGOING POST THAT WILL HAVE NAMES ADDED.
