You can’t.

“No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day. It is written in the Prophets: ‘They will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who listens to the Father and learns from him comes to me. John 6:44-45

It is God’s job to draw people to Him. Now God can use you in the process, so you must be ready. Here are five things you can do:

But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect. . .1 Peter 3:15

1. Know the Scripture. Be an accurate source for what is in the Bible.

By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:35

2. Love others. The way you treat others, especially Christians, will draw people to that family of believers.

In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16

3. Do good. The world watches the way you work and the things you do.  They are wondering if you are selfishly motivated.

4. Pray. Ask God to continue to work on their heart. Ask them their needs and offer to pray for them. Get them involved in spiritual thought.

5. Most of all, your testimony is the powerful testament to God’s working in someone’s life. How can anyone refute what you know God did for you?
